PERINATAL EDUCATION

Private and group classes taught over Zoom or in-person.

These 8 hour classes are held over two days, and are designed to be an interactive and discussion-oriented way to learn about pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and breastfeeding basics. Cost includes all materials and light refreshments.

Designed to be interactive and discussion-oriented, our 2 hour Prenatal Breastfeeding Education offers a more in-depth look at common breastfeeding concerns.

  • Preparing to breastfeed
  • Nutritional composition of colostrum and breast milk

  • Latch

  • Breastfeediing positions

  • Feeding schedules

  • How to tell if baby is getting enough milk

  • Breastfeeding and co-sleeping
